Return Policy
At La Roche-Posay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, or damaged cannot be returned, unless they were defective upon receipt.
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the following address: La Roche-Posay Returns

Gobles, MI 49055 Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number for your reference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Original Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Partial Refunds: If the returned item is opened, used, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. We may ask you to provide photos of the damaged item to assist with the claim.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale on the product page
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
7. International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the United States. We are working on expanding our international return policy, so please check back for updates.
