At La Roche-Posay, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the details of how we handle shipping, including rates, delivery times, and our procedures for order fulfillment.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our delivery options. Stay tuned for updates!


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to follow your shipment.


3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Arrives the next business day (available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, and selected shipping method.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This offer applies to most domestic orders but may exclude certain items, such as bulky or heavy products.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipped to these addresses.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: We currently do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our shipping options.

7. Delivery Issues

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, holidays, etc.).


8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we only support shipping to a single address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.


9. Returns & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@larochepoasy.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will process a return or replacement as soon as possible.
